Main Course

They say that variety is the spice of life and you certainly get variety at The Shropshire Golf Centre.  Choose from three 9-hole loops to complete your 18 hole round.

Gold Course
The Gold Course is the longest of The Shropshire's three 9 hole courses, providing a fine test for golfers of all abilities. Beautifully laid out among winding streams and picturesque ponds, the Gold Course provides both a golfing challenge and a visual spectacle.

Look out for the par 4 5th hole, a dogleg right over water with an ornate bridge to a raised green surrounded by deep bunkers.

Length: 3,334 yards
Par: 36

Silver Course
The most demanding of the three courses with some challenging and memorable holes – including the finest finishing hole in Shropshire.

The 528 yard par 5 demands accuracy from the tee to set up a second shot, which will tempt the big hitters to go for the green in two. But beware the pond lurking round the front and right side of the putting surface, creating an almost island green. Laying up is often the best option.

The route of the course meanders along the countryside’s natural contours, with fairways rising up into the distance or laid out below you from elevated tees.

Length: 3,303 yards
Par: 36

Blue Course
The Blue Course offers a fine balance of challenging golf holes with spectacular views across Shropshire and the Welsh Border.

It is also home to The Shropshire Golf Centre's signature hole, reminiscent of the 12th at Augusta National. Standing on the tee of the 177 yard par 3 4th you are greeted with stunning views across rolling countryside, and a tee shot that will have to negotiate picturesque water and a green well guarded by established trees and shrubs.

Length: 3,285 yards
Par: 35
