Practice Facilities
Practice makes perfect, as they say, so come and improve your golf in comfort at The Shropshire Golf Centre. Our 30 bay driving range is covered and floodlit so you can enjoy hitting purely struck shots all day long, whatever the weather, all year round. Your practice time should be pleasurable as well as useful, which is why we provide you with high quality golf balls and easy-to-hit-from Astroturf mats, plus a range of targets to aim at for short and long game practice.
Unlike most range facilities, we also have a dedicated short game area where you can practice those all-important chips, pitches and lobs to help you lower your scores. We also have two putting greens.
Range vending cards are available from the Golf Shop. One vend gives you 50 golf balls.
