Parmesan & Wild Garlic Tart with lemon chicory & pea shoots

Seared Scallops with Cauliflower Puree Garnished with Bacon Crisps and Pea shoots

Confit Duck Legs served on Creamed Savoy Cabbage topped with Sweet Potato Crisps

Cappuccino Style Soup - Vine tomato soup topped with basil foam served with sugar style croutons.

Slow Cooked shoulder of Lamb cooked for 10 hours, shredded, served with the Rump of Lamb with Pomme Fondant & Seasonal Vegetables
